Description :
The project will let students have chances to explore three-dimensional elements and use different combinations of primitive objects to express different feelings and characters.
Students will understand the basic knowledge of three-dimensional designs, Afterward, students will explore what product design is. They will further study the relationship between form and function, and also the relationship between products and their users, explore the characters and function of products as well as the user interface. And lastly, students have to make their designs from 2D sketches or 3D rendering to real 3D objects.






Design Concept :
The design based on the feeling of "Water", a melting sphere that create droplet and ripple. As soon as the form reminds about water, I make good use with the fisheye lens to create connection of the form and function.



Objective :
Widen enable user to experience the fun of snapshot of Lomo camera in a digital way. The camera included the basic functions of digital camera, and the special features of Lomo photography style. Easy and simple in control, ergonomic form and ready-to-go function.



Features :
Widen was gripped like holding a stick, enable user to control in one hand to prevent shaking. Thumb to control shortcut keys, meanwhile forefinger to control shooting button. Touch panel are used to control camera setting. On top of the camera, pop-up flash light are functioned though shortcut key. Plugs and micro-sd card slot are garnered in the bottom of the camera. The stand enable user to charge and transfer files to computer.
